Includes "Note": The Drain pipes to be of the directions marked of east view with bell joints, and of the weight and strength known as medium. The rain water conductors to be 4 inches diamr. connected with eaves gutters by 4 inch pipe of 7lb lead & finished with copper strainer and to be properly connected with drains by suitable bends. The soil pipes to be finished with vertical junctions to receive down pipes & plugged. The inlets to be all of approved pattern with syphon trays. All connections of pipes to be thoroughly soldered & the whole of the work finished complete in the most perfect manner. Each rain conductor will be about 50 feet long with 5 feet of lead junction to gutter. Bidders must satisfy themselves of the accuracy of all discussions.
