Each wears a hat and trousers and all but one wears a suit jacket. P.2023.30.20 shows thirteen people with three people standing behind the rest of the group, with the one in the middle wearing a dress and two wearing hats, suit jackets, and trousers flanking them. The person on the left has a cigarette in their left hand. Ten people sit in coupled groups with one person wearing a dress sitting in front of or on the lap of a person wearing a hat, suit jacket, and trousers. Many of the people in dresses have ribbons in their hair. P.2023.30.21 shows ten people sitting and kneeling in coupled groups. One person attired in a dress sits on the knee of a person wearing a hat, trousers, and suit jacket. Three of the people in dresses have ribbons in their hair. One of the people in trousers does not wear a suit jacket. The couples are posed looking at each other’s faces. P.2023.30.22 shows nine people wearing a dress facing left and standing in a line. They have their hands on the shoulder of the person in front of them. Some have their hair down and some have their hair up and in ribbons. Some of the people look at the camera. Views also include framed pictures and a calendar hanging on the wall, a window with drapery, decorative rugs, and a piano.
