Shows the two-story, Palladian building with a hipped roof surrounded by a balustrade with urns and a double-sided staircase leading to an entryway. The front façade is adorned with four engaged pillasters below a pediment. Also shows the Benjamin Franklin statue commissioned by William Bingham, sculpted by Francesco Lazzarini, and installed in 1792 in the niche above the building entrance.
